Maurizio Vanotti is Chief Commercial and Operating Officer of Tyvak International Srl. Maurizio has 15+ years of commercial background alongside deep technical understanding and experience in delivering complex programmes in high tech companies, with a proven track record in executing innovative projects in uncharted markets. His career includes a past as Navy Officer. He was Head of Missions and Systems Department at SSTL. In this role, he was responsible of the space systems design and satellites integration, telecommunication payloads, ground segment and operations. In the 2007-2013 timeframe, the department grew up to 150+staff members and successfully delivered 17 missions in orbit. In 2013 he was appointed Head of Telecom Business Unit where he secured the first GEO satellite and developed LEO BIU missions.
