Aaron Hawkins

Aaron Hawkins is the Business Manager for Viasat’s Real-Time Earth (RTE) Ground-Station-as-a-Service (GSaaS) business area and a strategic account manager. In those roles, Aaron is charged with enabling the network’s global expansion and developing innovative solutions to enhance the RTE customer experience. Aaron has over 17 years of experience in defense related fields gained through careers in the government and private industry.

He started his professional career as a national security representative in the executive branch of the United States government. For over a decade, he served in various domestic and overseas assignments focused on confronting transnational crime through engagement with host nation liaison partners. Following his service, Aaron entered the private sector as a Director of Business Development for antenna systems and has provided training and consulting within the U.S. government. Aaron graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology with Highest Honors.
