Mr. Quartararo is a professional geographer with over twenty years experience in the geospatial intelligence industry. He is an expert on human geography, data acquisition, and mobile GEOINT. Mr. Quartararo founded Spatial Networks in 2000 and since that time has focused on solving the hardest of problems for the IC and DoD, particularly the NGA and SOF communities, in emerging markets and conflict regions. At Spatial Networks, he sets the vision and strategy for a team of dedicated experts building a next-generation platform for mobile data capture and GEOINT analysis.
