Ashley Utter

Ms. Ashley Utter is the Directorate Chief, Systems and Acquisition Support Directorate, US Army Geospatial Center.  As the Directorate Chief, she leads the Army Geospatial Center’s efforts in acquisition and management for geospatial information and systems, from requirements development to dissemination and integration, in support of military operations.
