Ashley Utter

Ashley Utter is a branch chief and experienced program manager at the US Army Geospatial Center, US Army Corps of Engineers. Her current focus is leading interdisciplinary teams of scientists focused on geospatially enabling defense security cooperation and stability operations. She has extensive experience with visualizing data to support operations and decision making for the defense community. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Geographic Information Science from the Pennsylvania State University.
