Captain Ed Malan
Commander, Special Support Team, 42 Engineer Regiment (Geographic), Strategic Command, Defence Intelligence, National Centre for Geospatial Intelligence (NCGI) UK MoDCapt Malan has been an Officer in the British Army for 7 years with operational experience in the UK, Middle East, and West-Africa. He currently leads the Special Support Team (SST) for 42 Engineer Regiment responsible for providing deployable geospatial support to UK operations. Since 2017, SST has maintained an RPAS capability undergoing a range of platform upgrades designed to better inform the military planning process.
