Throughout his career, Cliff has collaborated with the leading mapping organizations and government systems integrators, providing expert guidance in implementing authoritative commercial mapping technologies. His work has supported organizations such as the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), State Department, Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), NATO, Australia, Canada, UK, Census, Coast Guard, USAID, USPS, USGS, FCC, and many others.
