Col. (Ret.) John Kedar

John Kedar is a strategic advisor to Governments on "The Power of Where?" He advises on strategy and policies to maximise national value from the rapidly developing location ecosystem, GEOINT and geospatial information.

Building up to this, John was previously Ordnance Survey’s Director International Engagement and served 30 years in the British Army, spanning a range of engineer, geospatial and intelligence roles. He was Deputy Engineer-in-Chief (Army), commanded the Joint Aeronautical and Geospatial Organisation, 42 Engineer Regiment (Geographic) and 14 Independent Topographic Squadron and frequently deployed on military operations.
