Constance Heiss

Constance Heiss is the Chief of Staff for the NGA Support Team to USAFRICOM, supporting teammates across Europe by connecting them with the resources they need to accelerate mission. She initiates and champions Diversity Equity Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA) efforts within NGA and the broader Defense Intelligence Community to build a more inclusive, innovative work environment. During her 12+ years with NGA, Constance supported the mission in a variety of roles from strategic communications to watch officer and earned a Master’s of Military Art and Science at Air Command and Staff College. She is an alum of Johns Hopkins and American University, and currently resides in Stuttgart, Germany.
