Day 2 | 24th February 2026

4:35 PM Unseenlabs Keynote: RF Intelligence for Multi-Domain GEOINT Operations

As GEOINT data volumes surge and multi-domain operations expand, the intelligence community must rethink how to find actionable insights faster. This session highlights how space-based Radio Frequency (RF) intelligence strengthens analytic missions and enhances GEOINT effectiveness.

  • Strategic Role: Explores RF intelligence as a force multiplier, complementing—not replacing—traditional GEOINT sensors.
  • Dark Target Detection: Shows how space-based RF identifies vessels and emitters that evade AIS and other conventional tracking systems.
  • Tip-and-Cue Workflow: Demonstrates RF’s role as a wide-area “tipper” that guides high-resolution GEOINT collection for confirmation and detailed analysis.
  • Analytic Advantage: Reduces search areas, optimizes collection resources, and accelerates decision-making in complex environments.
  • Layered Intelligence: Discusses fusion of RF with AIS, SAR, EO/IR, and other GEOINT sources to build a more complete and trusted operational picture.
  • Evolving Capabilities: Highlights Unseenlabs’ expansion from maritime to land-based and space-domain RF detection—positioning RF as a truly multi-domain enabler.
