Dan Holley

Dan Holley is the lead data scientist within Clarity’s products vertical, where he drives the design, validation, and deployment of advanced analytics solutions supporting geointelligence and cybersecurity missions. His current work spans mobile-device data enrichment, generative-AI pipelines for high-throughput persona estimation, and automated sensitive-location detection for privacy protection. An enlisted Marine Corps veteran, former DoD civilian, and Navy Reserve intelligence officer, he has more than 25 years of applied analytics experience across industry, government, and academia. Dr. Holley holds a PhD and MA in biopsychology from the University of California, Davis, as well as an MS in biotechnology and an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus. He is published across quantitative domains including machine learning, AI, statistical modeling, neuroeconomics, translational psychiatry, computer vision, and neuroimaging. He lives in Colorado, USA, where he enjoys hiking, rock climbing, and chess.
