Dr Matt Potts

Matt is an engineer working within the Space Delivery Team on space-based Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) projects. Matt was awarded his PhD from the University of Bristol (2022) with his thesis entitled ‘Coping with Complexity: Approaches, Tools and Frameworks for Systems Engineering’. He was awarded his BEng degree from the University of Southampton, in Electromechanical Engineering (2011). He previously served in various roles in the Royal Air Force (RAF) (2011–2016) as an Engineering Officer (Communications and Electronics). He has also worked as an independent management consultant. Matt is a registered charted engineer with the Institute of Engineering and Technology.
