Holli is a multi-disciplinary intelligence analyst and management consultant specialising in defence, security and intelligence, with a focus on the intersection of operations, analytical methodologies and emerging technologies. Her background includes delivering mission-critical intelligence products, with specialism in IMINT, OSINT, and All-Source Intelligence, as well as designing and delivering training on Activity-Based Intelligence (ABI). She has also worked extensively in strategic business analysis and consultancy within the defence and security sector.

As Principal Intelligence Consultant at Roke Intelligence, Holli works with customers to advance intelligence analysis through modern tradecraft, technology integration and capability development. She has previously supported a range of industry projects aimed at evolving analytical workflows, strengthening GEOINT/ABI application and enhancing decision-support for complex operational environments.

Holli holds an MA in Intelligence and International Relations, where she specialised in contemporary intelligence failures, the religious wave of terror and wrote her dissertation on examining the risks to ethics within intelligence operations.
