Mr Baptista joined the EU SATCEN in 1997 after 15 years of service as an officer in the Portuguese Air Force (POAF). He has a vast experience in the IMINT and GEOINT fields particularly for Defence and Security purposes with more than 20 years of experience in imagery analysis including 6 years’ experience as an Intelligence Officer.
