Director of Strategy and Engagements Bae Systems

Keith Barber currently serves as the Director of Strategy and Engagements on BAE Systems’ Geospatial eXploitation Products (GXP) team. He is engaged in identifying and addressing the current and future capability needs of customers in the DoD and Intelligence communities, as well as their ongoing requirements and future technology advancement expectations.

Keith has over 30 years of direct military and government experience deploying and supporting combat operations, developing key mission capabilities, and implementing transformational organizational strategies (including resourcing and management). His broad expertise includes evaluating and optimizing organizational culture, creating and implementing strategic plans and programs, and architectural development and implementation.

Keith began his military career as an enlisted sailor, later transitioned to civil service, and is currently engaged in senior executive service. Over his career, Keith has been the recipient of many awards, most prominently the Meritorious Presidential Rank Award. Keith and his wife, Amy Aylor, reside in Florida and spend significant time in Northern Virginia.
