Luana has worked in Digital Delivery of transactional services for 11 years. In her current role she works closely with the UKs Resilience Community this has resulted in the launch of ResilienceDirect Service which went live on 27 March 2014. This is the free service for our community that includes a multi agency mapping application.  Luana chairs the UKTEES Emergency Services Innovation Series and is regularly asked to present and participate in panel sessions across the Resilience arena. ​Luana chaired Ambition 2015 and will be doing so again this year, the event for the Emergency Preparedness Planning and Response. In previous roles her specialism was improving government services working on Directgov where all government information and key transactions were place in one place. She has also focused on youth engagement and innovation. Other specialist skills include working in a busy media centre, working with Ministers. Working in Government, Luana is a determined and diplomatic person with negotiating experience in the field of stakeholder and account management. ​Luana's reach has encompassed working in a busy media centre, working in Private Office, opening the first Dept of Health Public Enquiry Office to working on the Towards Cleaner Hospitals MRSA task force. ​Luana encompass' 12+ years of stakeholder and change management, account as well as project management experience across UK government and she also speaks fluent Italian. ​Luana is always ready for a challenge and has worked in many crisis situations where she has handled angry members of the public to media frenzies and supported Ministers with their lines to take and managing press conferences.
