Col Neil Lakin is Deputy Head of Joint GeoInt at the Cyber & Specialist Operations Command, he has well over two decades of experience of military engineering and GeoInt capability; serving around the World alongside NATO and International partners he has significant expertise in the application of policy and end-to-end capability integration.
