Mr Per Olav Foss

Per Olav Foss graduated from the Norwegian Naval Academy in 1987. He served as a submarine officer for several years before joining the Norwegian National Joint Headquarters as staff officer Naval Cooperation and Guidance for Shipping (NCAGS).

He joined Equinor in 2008 and is now holding the position as Senior Advisor Marine Security.

In 2018/19 he had 5 months leave from Equinor to serve at NATO’s maritime Headquarters (MARCOM) in Northwood UK as a staff officer at the NATO Shipping Centre.
