Piya Ghosh

Piya Ghosh is the Senior Director of Program Management for Raytheon, an RTX Business. Within Raytheon, Piya leads the Commercial, Intelligence, IT Mission Area which falls under the Space Systems Strategic Business Unit, and Space ISR Program Area. Prior to her current role, Piya led the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) business for Raytheon. Her experience as the Program Manager on multiple critical programs for the National Systems for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG) has allowed her to be an effective leader bringing critical domain experience in the Intelligence Community. Previously at Raytheon, she served in various engineering and functional roles, including rotations in systems engineering, program engineering, and as a chief engineer. Before joining Raytheon in 2008, Piya served in multiple intelligence community (IC) roles, which included four years as an IC in a systems engineering and targeting support role with CACI, and two years as a systems engineer with Lockheed Martin. Piya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a double major in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management with a Graduate Certificate in Information Security from George Washington University. She is a Certified SAFe® Product Owner from Scaled Agile.
