David has a diverse background in defense and technology, beginning as an Analyst of ELINT Signals and advancing to leadership roles such as Commander of ESM Systems. He has participated in Alliance Exercises and served in Foreign Operations, gaining extensive experience in multinational and high-stakes environments. Currently, he leverages his expertise as a Lecturer in Electromagnetic Warfare and Project Manager, combining technical knowledge with practical application to advance military project goals, as well as training and education.
