Senior Account Manager - International Intelligence & Security Planet

Robert is the Head of Business Development, Defence & Intelligence EMEA at Planet Labs, supporting customers integrating daily earth monitoring and unique space data-derived insights. Prior to Planet, Robert led UK Defence Intelligence engagement at the UK defence company QinetiQ and has fulfilled several Innovation in Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) consultancy roles including in the UK MOD, NATO and the OSCE in Ukraine. Robert has a UK military background with a focus on ISR and space and recently earned his MSc in Innovation in ISR from the University of Lincoln, with research focused on how western militaries need to culturally and organisationally adapt to embrace commercial space ISR technologies.
