Ronnie has over 15 years’ experience working within the Defence and Intelligence domain, both as a military member of the Australian Defence Force, as well as a within numerous Industry Partners contracted to Defence. Over his career, he has held numerous positions ranging from leading and growing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex capabilities; designing, integrating and sustaining multi-INT based ICT capabilities; and supporting client-side engagements within the domestic, 5-eyes and international space. These experiences has enabled him to advise, contribute, innovate, and use professional judgement to provide positive impacts within organisations. Ronnie is a former member of the Royal Australian Air Force. There he served as an intelligence analyst, specialising in strategic and tactical Geospatial and Imagery capabilities. He is a veteran, with two operational deployments to Afghanistan. There he provided tactical GEOINT and multi-INT fused products in the planning and execution of missions, including time sensitive targeting to the Australian Special Forces community. Academically, Ronnie has a double major Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Internetworking Technologies, and has also completed a Masters of Cyber Security, specialising in Governance, Risk and Compliance. Ronnie has also completed various certifications in areas around cloud security and project management.
