Samuel David Birchett (Dave) began working as an imagery analyst for the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) in 2003.  He served in multiple analytic and management assignments between 2003-2017, primarily focusing on WMD and strategic warning issues.  From 2015-2017 he served as an intelligence director in the NGA Operations Center, and in mid-2017 he arrived in London as NGA’s Senior Representative to the UK.
