Shiloh Dockstader

Shiloh Dockstader currently serves as the Director of Integrated Commercial Solutions for Riverside Research and has over 25 years’ experience leading R&D programs in support of the defense and intelligence communities.

The Integrated Commercial Solutions group oversees a program portfolio designed to accelerate the development and adoption of commercial technology to address critical mission needs at speed and scale within the national security community. Mr. Dockstader leads a team of program managers and subject matter experts that provide technical, engineering, and advisory support to the Defense Innovation Unit. His group leads the independent verification and validation of commercial data and analytics for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. Shiloh’s group directly partners with commercial space and analytics companies to prototype and demonstrate nextgeneration solutions to complex mission challenges.
