Tom Ejiri

Tom leads the Space Datacenter Business at Space Compass, a pioneering venture founded by NTT and JSAT in July 2022. He drives strategic initiatives, overseeing the deployment of cutting-edge Optical Data Relay and Space Edge Computing services to develop the Space Integrated Computing Network—an advanced, independent network infrastructure in space based on optical laser communication.

With over 25 years of experience in IT infrastructure services, Tom has deep expertise as a product manager, helping clients modernize and transform their operations.

Before joining Space Compass, he held several senior global leadership roles within the NTT Group, including key positions at NTT America (California) and NTT ComAsia (Hong Kong), where he led the Datacenter and Cloud business, driving global market expansion and growth.

Tom holds an M.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Keio University Graduate School of Science and Technology and an M.S. in Management from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
