Yoshifumi Asakura is working as General Manager of Space Business Development organization in IHI Corporation since April 2023. He manages business development of IHI and its subsidiary’s space related businesses / projects.

He has 20 years’ experience as engineering and project management of Military Aero-Engine Project with Japan MoD (Ministry of Defense), worked together with major Aero-Engine OEMs.
