DGI 2022 is going ahead – here’s our plan to ensure all our attendees feel confident and safe at our event:

  1. Masks: we will providing masks onsite, and adhering to the latest government guidelines set at the time
  2. Sanitisation: The venue has in place a Covid-secure Health & Safety policy including additional cleaning routines and hand sanitiser provided at all touch-points
  3. Spaced seating: to allow attendees to sit comfortably apart
  4. Ventilation: Each room has a fresh air supply from an Air Handling Unit that ensures no cross contamination. All rooms will be properly ventilated prior to sessions and whilst in use

All attendees are required to show proof of vaccination OR a lab-confirmed negative result from a COVID-19 diagnostic test taken within 72 hours of entry to attend. As per UK government recommended guidelines, we suggest all of our attendees to take a Lateral Flow Test before joining the event.

From Monday 17 January, if you are fully vaccinated and test positive for COVID-19 in your day 2 test, you can stop self-isolating on day 6 of your self-isolation period if you take rapid lateral flow tests on days 5 and 6, and:

  • both test results are negative
  • you did both tests at least 24 hours apart
  • you do not have a high temperature
